Sometimes, you might feel sluggish, depleted, and drained. I feel like this when I’m constantly working and running here and there. I have a chill and laid back kind of temperament. Naturally, I have a cooler constitution. Busy-bodies are generally warmer. After I became a true Christian, my life became more seasonal. God doesn’t let me get too comfortable. I am gently pulled out of my comfort zone in various ways.
When my soul feels drained, God sustains me with His Strength and Energy (Holy Spirit); he has also done this when I am physically depleted as well. Those moments are blissful & surreal. Of course, there are times when I just need to allow my body to rest so that it can rebalance or reset.
An energy imbalance can also occur because of our diet and the modern world in which we live. Many things upset the delicate balance, and you are left marinating in a toxic soup. Leaving crystals around your home (and wearing them, etc) can help, along with healthy, consistent doses of unpolluted nature. The truth is, it is hard to escape these modern-day issues (especially in a big city). The soil, air, water, etc, is not like it was many years ago. All we can do at this point is do the best we can. Though I see some countries trying to be good stewards of God’s earth, which is a Christian’s job. Thankfully, this world is temporary. We’re awaiting a new earth that can never be corrupted by men (Revelation 21:1-3).
We are energy beings (you could say multiple layers of vibrating energy). What you eat even turns to fuel for your body. Everything is relatively energy when you simplify things. God is a Spirit. And he made us (and all of creation) in His Divine Wisdom; this force is pointing back to Him (Romans 1:20)(Acts 17:25)(Colossians 1:16)(Job 12:7-9).
One way to rebalance, or rearrange, the force within you is to use a crystal point as a conduit between your energy and the energy around you. Of course, it is better to do this in a healthful environment. Think of the beach, a stream, waterfall, the forest, or maybe your backyard. You want a natural environment to access the earth’s magnetic field to its fullest potential. Be sure to clear the crystal (use your favorite method) to restore its balance (if needed).
Now, what you want to do is hold a crystal point in each hand. The quartz crystal will help rearrange the flow of energy connected to your body to match that around you. Make sure the crystal in your right hand is facing outward, while the crystal in your left hand faces inward to establish an effective flow of energy. Think of a car battery and how you must jump-start one when it dies. You have to clasp the red cable with the red terminal and the black cable to the black terminal. Think of these quartz points as jumper cables that you are using to connect to the force around you. This will effectively jump-start your body.
You can also do this using one point, though the process is a little different. You should first hold the stone with your right hand, pointing away from your body for about five minutes. Switch the stone to the other hand, and hold it with your left hand but this time pointing towards you for another five minutes.
You can do the process longer than 5 minutes (for either method), but make sure that the time spent on each hand is congruent.
You can always use a double terminated quartz crystal instead. Think of it like this: one crystal point is A while the other is B, which means that a double terminated quartz crystal is AB.
So how does this work? Well, you have noticed that you have a left and right side. Generally, people exert more energy through the right or masculine side, and they receive energy on the left or feminine side.
We can see God’s design and order in our makeup (Genesis 1:27). Take lovemaking, for example. The male gives, the woman receives (before she is fruitful). The Holy Spirit dwells with us to validate the agreement–our receiving, God giving. With Him, we can be spiritually fruitful. The left or feminine side is generally the weaker side. (Woman is weaker 1 Timothy 2:14 = represents our human weakness). The right or masculine side is usually stronger (man = represents God). We can also see how Christ relates to the Church (Matthew 25:1-18)(John 3:29). Woman = the Assembly & Adam = Christ (Romans 5:12-17).
Using crystal points to rebalance yourself is a simple way to aid in healing; remember, you can always do a little earthing or barefoot therapy to bring balance to your being. But as you can see, crystal healing is easy.
