Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. 3 John 1:2
We believe in submitting to God’s will. Sometimes, he heals miraculously (Luke 4:38-41)(Mark 5:34). Other times, he heals through earthly remedies (1 Timothy 5:23)(2 Kings 20:7)(Psalm 104:14-15). He may also choose to leave people in a state of affliction (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Depression
Depression is often linked to trauma, an energy imbalance, emotional ailments, nutritional deficiencies, environmental factors, poor gut health, various conditions (such as hypothyroidism), or even genetics. Evil spirits can also afflict people with this ailment; you’ll experience similar symptoms, though an imbalance may not be present. Earthly remedies won’t help purely spiritual ailments. We also know the enemy likes to use people’s weak states (whether spiritual, soul or physical) to drag them into depressive states. They like to exploit our weaknesses. Problems can overlap because we are connected beings. This is why holistic health is vital for wellness.
First, we know that prayer and Biblical meditation can bring healing to our whole being. Here are some verses to memorize, pray, and keep in your heart: Psalm 42:11, Psalm 34:17, Deuteronomy 31:8, Philippians 4:8, 1 Peter 5:6-7, John 16:33, 2 Corinthians 1:3-4
For imbalances, you should get help from a health professional. You can start by connecting to nature that takes us into an instant meditative state. Go to a forest, beach, etc regularly, and reflect on God. You’ll be promoting wellness by allowing your body to harmonize with energy around you. Studies show getting more sunlight could be helpful for certain people. And to receive the benefits of the sun, cholesterol levels should be adequate. Some people have been able to gain balance by eating more healthy fat, such as long-chain omega 3 fats (fish, animal brain, liquid algae), B vitamins, iron, or selenium.
Singing is commanded of believers in the Old & New Testament. Studies show singing can help our health in many ways and is anti-depressant. Sing sacred songs to God throughout the day and during Christian fellowship. If you believe it, you’ll be healing spirit, soul, and body.
If you feel the enemy is involved in some way, praying and fasting can break these strongholds. Use your sword (the Bible) against these kinds of attacks. Speak Biblical affirmations out loud, like, no weapon formed against me shall prosper.
Talk to someone if you need to as this can be helpful. We recommend seeing a Christian therapist.
Anxiety & Fear
Chronic feelings of anxiety and fear can be linked to imbalances. Anxiety is often paired with depression, so check out those tips. These feelings could also be brought on by an evil spirit or your circumstances. If you have falling into fear or anxiety simply because of life situations, know that every aspect of your life is in God’s hands. Give your anxieties and fears to him. You don’t need to carry this emotional burden. Isaiah 41:10, Matthew 6:25,26
I (Kym) had anxiety since I was a child (when my mom removed red meat from my diet). A few years ago, God encouraged me to increase my meat and fat consumption, and I obeyed. I ate more ruminant meat for a while, especially the organs, and that (and others issues) slowly melted away.
Remember that God knows…
your fears (Psalm 56:3)
your lonely moments (Psalm 25:16; Psalm 102:7)
when going through crisis (Isaiah 43:2)
when you’re in despair (Psalm 69:14–15)
Helpful aids: praying & fasting, crystals like black tourmaline, tiger eye, or amethyst, fire sounds, sun, magnesium (sprouted pumpkin or sunflower seeds), vitamin D3, selenium, B vitamins, adaptogens. Earthing. Magnet therapy. Red meat. Fermented meat. Animal fats. Fish or animal brain.
actionable tips:
-Like I did, pray to God about this issue, and allow him to direct your steps.
-Listen to and sing Spiritual songs throughout the day.
-Biblical Meditation so that God can renew your mind and calm your soul.
-Spend time in nature, make time for nature walks
-Try deep breathing exercises and fire watching.
-If you need to talk to someone about this, do so.
Cold
For the common cold, there are a plethora of known remedies. One preventive tip is to eat garlic and raw honey as this can strengthen your immune system to fight off these types of infections or lessen the effects.
To alleviate symptoms and assist the healing process, the wet socks method is sometimes used. This involves putting your feet in hot water. Then, rinse a pair of thin, cotton socks under cold water and wring them out. Put the wet socks on, and put on thick, wool socks over that to prevent from being chilled. This will encourage the body to increase its blood supply to dry the area. This strengthens the immune system, which helps you body’s detoxification systems work better.
Common aids: raw egg yolks, royal jelly, raw honey mixed with ceylon cinnamon, elderberry, boneset, ginger, echinacea, hyssop, oshá, bay leaf and sage tea
Headache
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise; think on these things. Philippians 4:8
We know headaches can have many causes. For the occasional headache, prayer may help usher in healing, of course, because God may answer your petition, but it can also put you in a relaxed state. This could be especially helpful for stress-related headaches. Biblical meditation may help as well since Spiritual food (the Bible) can nourish the being.
Common aids: Music and nature sounds. Animal brain may alleviate headaches, peppermint, lavender, skullcap, tiger balm, willow bark, and feverfew. Crystals like clear, rose, & amethyst quartz, and lapis lazuli are known to help alleviate imbalances in this area.
Toothache
Confidence in an unfaithful man in time of trouble is like a broken tooth, and foot out of joint. Proverbs 25:19
The aids mentioned below are just temporary solutions. You will need to see your health practitioner. A toothache is usually a sign of decay but can also be caused by other things like broken teeth or trauma.
One thing to do is rinse the mouth out with warm salt water. This can help cleanse the area and could cause pain to subside.
We can try to prevent cavities with the right diet and proper oral maintenance. Avoid modern processed food, pasteurized dairy, refined sugar, refined carbohydrates, etc. One may want to decrease grain consumption whether sprouted or not. Opt for oral-friendly vegetables and fruit. Eating acidic foods constantly, like lemons or apple cider vinegar, can make teeth more susceptible to decay overtime. These should be diluted well. Consuming local, healthy animal products such as raw dairy, nose-to-tail animal, and edible insects can strengthen the teeth and gums. This article talks about fighting cavities naturally.
You should have some aids around, just in case. Consider the suggestions below.
Aids: thyme, garlic paste, clove oil, rinse with sage tea, rinse with mid-stream morning pee, chew on spilanthes, chamomile tea bag, myrrh, frankincense, and cayenne pepper
Spiritually Stagnant
You are not alone if you feel Spiritually stuck sometimes. Know that you are still growing during these times. You just can’t see it or comprehend it at the time.
Sometimes, we get distant from God because we get distracted, which is our nature. At times, we get stuck in this state and our relationship with Christ suffers. The good thing about God is he is there through all of this. He knows what’s going on with us.
The first thing you can do is be vulnerable. Analyze your heart and speak your feelings to God whatever they may be.
I am weary with my moaning; every night I flood my bed with tears; I drench my couch with my weeping. (Psalm 6:6)(Psalm 69:3)
(Job 21:4–5) (Psalm 139:2–4) (Proverbs 13:12)
Then, wait for his answer, and allow him to comfort you. (Psalm 34:18)
Continue to read and meditate on God’s Word; you can also talk to a Spiritual mentor or a Christian friend if you need this. Tp mentors are always here for you as well. Book a Focused session to chat.
Doubting Faith
Well, consider if you are simply struggling in your faith or actually doubting the Bible’s truth. Struggle is natural and constant. We may have moments of doubt due to our lives, circumstances, secular knowledge, or simply the world in which we live. Know that what you’re going through is not random; there is a reason for it. Perhaps God is allowing this to strengthen your Spiritual foundation.
Don’t be scared to lay it all before Christ. He knows your feelings and thoughts. Even though he already knows, share your feelings. Cry out to God, and he will hear you. He knows where this doubt is coming from. Maybe you need to do some in-depth research if this about questions. Or maybe it’s emotional.
The Bible tells us if we seek God with our whole heart, we will find him. (Jeremiah 29:13) God knows what is needed. We are all unique beings, and our paths to Christ and relationships with him are unique.
Just remember that the goal is stable faith, not weak faith as this makes us vulnerable to satan’s tricks. Ephesians 6:16. 1 Peter 5:9 James 1:5-8
Here are a few more verses for faith strengthening: 2 Corinthians 12:9-10, 1 Thessalonians 5:14, Hebrews 3:14, 1 Corinthians 10:9, Hebrews 3
Do not accept thoughts or whispers telling you God is not real. Stand in Christ’s Grace, and cling to the savior.
Lack of Contentment
Lack of contentment robs us of joy and happiness. It often pulls us away from God since we are not being fulfilled in him. Lack of contentment can also cause energy imbalances and physical manifestations of those imbalances. We must learn to be content in Christ whatever circumstance or stage we are in. This does not necessarily mean one cannot reach higher. Though God may leave you in a situation, we remain spiritually hopeful, optimistic, and Christ-footed.
The piece below talks about lack of contentment a little more and might be helpful.
Verses: Philippians 4:12-13, Hebrews 13:5, 1 Timothy 6:6,7, luke 12:15, 12 Corinthians 12:10
Unforgiveness
Harboring unforgiveness can affect us on multiple levels. Unforgiveness could cause energy imbalances that could leak over into the physical plane and birth sickness. And most importantly, unforgiveness can cause sin constipation. The Bible says when we forgive others, he will forgive us of our sins (Matthew 6:14-15)(Mark 11:25).
Here are some steps to take:
Surrender. Let go of all bitterness, pain, and sadness. Allow God to start the healing process (Hebrews 12:15)(Romans 8:13-14).
Audibly say that you have given this burden to Christ (Matthew 11:28–30).
Understand that you are free from this (Isaiah 41:10).
Forgive yourself or the person who has wronged you (Colossians 3:13)(Matthew 18:21-22).
Let Christ continually fill this wound with Godly Love (Matthew 5:44)(Proverbs 10:12).
Other helpful verses: 1 John 1:9, Leviticus 19:17-18, 2 Corinthians 2:10-11
If you have been harboring this for some time, you could have an energy imbalance in the heart center. You might want to use crystals or herbs that can help balance, like emerald, rose quartz, rose herb, etc.
Burns
For our God is a consuming fire. Hebrews 12:29
For minor burns, running cool water over the affected area for 20 minutes or so can reduce the temperature.
One thing known to encourage healing is raw, unprocessed honey. Raw honey can be put directly on the burn. Its antibacterial properties, low pH, viscosity, and hydrogen peroxide production are said to be helpful in burn treatment.
To keep the honey from oozing out, put a dressing over the area, and change as needed.
Aloe vera is also used to assist sometimes. It promotes healthy circulation, is anti-inflammatory, and inhibits bacteria growth. You can use the gel from a fresh aloe leaf, and rub the substance on the burn a few times a day.
Demonization
Unclean spirits are usually cast out by evangelists or apostles while spreading the Gospel, though any believer can do this (Luke 9:49-50)(Mark 16:17-18)(Acts 8:6-7)(Acts 16:16-18). Fasting and praying may be required for some dark spirits (Matthew 17:21).
Evil spirits can also demonize (attack, afflict, etc) saints if G-d allows (2 Corinthians 12:7)(Luke 13:16)(Luke 22:31).

EMF Effects
If you are dealing with the harmful effects of false emfs, you are not alone. Most people are dealing with this, whether they can feel it or not.
Helpful things to bring balance:
+ Nature walks. Try to increase your time in nature as much as you can. Your being will try to sync with the energy. You could spend time in a garden, hug a tree, chill by a beach, or walk in the woods or a forest. Try barefoot therapy.
+ Don’t follow the world. Cover your body, and wear linen, wool, leather, or fur clothing that offers protection (Genesis 3:21)(1 Timothy 2:9-10). Make sure you clean your clothes as dirty clothes become more positively charged. Clean and newly-made clothing is more negatively charged.
+ Use bentonite clay or other safe clays. When hydrated, this has a negative charge and can help balance your energy. You can take this internally or use externally. Many do this with clay baths or take a little in water to detox.
+ Keep crystals near you, like tourmaline. You can see Kym’s picks here. You can put these around your home or device to promote balance. Silver, copper, and gold can reduce the effects, so keep these around, like gold or silver bars.
+ Decrease the amount of time spent on smartphones, laptops, watching tv, around power lines, and inside your home if wires run through it and you have a wireless router, even though you will still be exposed to toxins and harmful emfs at some point. Unplug household electronics when not in use, and turn off routers at night. Be sure to turn off your phones at night, and avoid sleeping near power outlets. Try to avoid modern artificial light as much as possible. Use natural light during the day and natural candles at night if you need to.
Myopia
The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord hath made even both of them. Proverbs 20:12
The common type of myopia that most deal with today may have evolved for several reasons. Some say it happened because we are not spending enough time outside (light and Vitamin D3). Others say the lack of many fat nutrients in our modern diet could be a factor as some people who increase the following see their myopia disorder reversing: Vitamin K2, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, the one mentioned above, and a healthy omega 3 and omega 6 balance.
Sadly, eye professionals could not figure out how to truly correct the issue, but tools were created to help us see. Though quite helpful, prescription glasses and contacts are also harmful.
For those who long for clear vision, there are a few things you can do. Remember the natural process takes time. It will likely take 6 months to a year.
A few tips to gain clearer vision:
+ Wear prescription glasses or contacts only when absolutely necessary.
+ Don’t use glasses or contacts for close-up reading. And decrease close-up reading on devices or books. Sometimes use audio books. And when close-up reading is necessary, look into the distance often and blink a few times.
+ Teach the eyes to focus. You can do this with a piece of white paper with black writing on it. Bring the paper close till you can see the words clearly. Slowly move the paper back till it’s just a little blurry and try to focus. Blink. Bring it back in focus. Move away and try to focus again. Blink a few times. Practice this whenever you can. You want to tap into active focus, which usually takes about a month to find. After some time, you should be able to start moving the paper back further.
+ Pinhole glasses help the brain recognize a correctly focused image over time. Improvement may happen in a few weeks when the glasses are worn 20 minutes a day.
+ Use crystals. As mentioned above, light is incredibly important for your eyes (and brain), which is one reason the sun may help (Matthew 6:22). Crystals are refractors and reflectors of light energy, and you can use these tools to your advantage. You could use small quartz balls. A popular one for eye focusing is blue tiger eye. Lie down, close your eyes, and lay cleansed, energized balls on the inner part of the eye for 10-15 minutes a few times a week. The spectrum of light is focused here, and your being will try to use this to correct itself. You can also rinse eyes with crystal-charged water, or just put a crystal near or on your eyes or pineal gland area.
+ Go outside more and do tasks out there, like when you need to prepare or eat a meal. Just sit outside, occasionally looking around and into the sky with your bare eyes. Don’t look directly at the sun as this can damage your eyes, though you could do sun gazing at sunrise or sunset if you know how to do this safely. (30 minutes or so. Usually barefoot. Sun gazing is not recommended for those who’ve had eye surgery).
Infection
And Isaiah said, Take a lump of figs. And they took and laid it on the boil, and he recovered. 2 Kings 20:7
Infections can show up in many places of the body and occur when viruses, certain bacteria, or other microbes enter your body and begin to multiply. The immune system naturally gets to work to try to bring balance. There are a few things to assist the body in its natural processes. Though it’s “not recommended,” fasting can help the process along. A high-fat ketogenic or carnivore diet also puts the body in a fasting-like state.
Many natural alternatives are antiviral, antifungal, & antibacterial: Garlic, goldenseal, oregano, ginger, calendula, rosemary, tea tree, thyme. Animal-based healing options to consider are raw honey, bee propolis, raw egg yolks + raw cream, bone marrow, tracheal cartilage, and badger or bear fat.
Of course, staying away from foods that can exacerbate the issue is wise, such as incorrectly processed food, refined carbohydrates, etc.
For customized help, see your health professional.
Constipation
The words that come to mind for constipation are backed up, slow, decreasing. We want to get things moving, increasing. This can have many causes, though common connections are diet, dehydration, and sometimes stress or anxiety.
Not eating for your constitution could be a factor here. This article explores that.
Or perhaps someone eats too much overly-processed food. If that is the case, it would be wise to decrease consumption of fast or packaged food with a lot of ingredients. Plenty of seasonal vegetables, fruit, & naturally fermented foods can be great but may not work well for those who are sensitive to certain anti-nutrients.
Helpful aids:
Animal fats, abdominal massage, water, coffee, bitters, senna, psyllium, triphala, bentonite clay, blackstrap molasses. Prickly pear, aloe vera, and okra are soothing and facilitate movement.
For stress, work on relaxing so that things can move smoothly. You could try deep breathing and if you are a Christian, Biblical meditation, prayer. giving your burdens to Christ.
If constipation is constant, see a medical professional to get proper diagnosis.
Diarrhea
Like constipation, diarrhea can have many causes. Words that come to mind here are excess, too much, increasing. We want to decrease to attain balance. Common causes of this issue are diet, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, stress, or anxiety.
For minor bouts of diarrhea, some people keep the diet simple. At times, only clear liquids are taken the first day. Then, bland foods are slowly added to the diet.
Often used for this ailment:
Black tea, activated charcoal, bentonite clay, rose hips
If this becomes excessive or chronic, see your doctor for diagnosis.
Insomnia
When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet. Proverbs 3:24
You will need to get to the root cause, which could be physical or even spiritual. Common connections for insomnia are mental health disorders, underlying medical conditions, sleep disorders, not giving burdens to God, coffee, other things consumed, like medications and general emotional reasons. (Now, if you simply wake up in the middle of the night, this does not mean you have insomnia. We were designed to sleep in two periods).
After you find out what’s going on, you can assist in balancing with a customized plan.
General tips for insomnia include:
+ Taking a nature walk a few hours before bed time.
+ Sleeping in darkness under the moon
+ Listening to nature sounds before bed
+ De-stressing techniques
+ Staying away from yang foods before bed as they are energizing, eating more yin few hours before bed.
+ Reading your Bible before bed & prayer to calm. Heal from the spirit down to the physical.
Insomnia aids: Valerian, milky oats, chamomile, skull cap, lemon balm, warm milk & honey, mimosa, amethyst, sodalite, howlite, chrysoprase
Some Christians have dealt with insomnia for spiritual reasons. Talk to God and let him lead and guide.
Bites n Stings
If you believe your bite could be dangerous to your health, seek medical assistance immediately. For common bites and stings, there are many things that might assist. Below are just a few known remedies.
Lavender, slice of raw onion on bite, bentonite clay poultice, poultice made of tobacco, plantain, or chamomile, and aloe vera.
Plantain is a common weed that can be readily found in most yards. Be safe, and make sure the right plant is harvested. A spit poultice can be made by chewing a few leaves of the plant and putting it on the area. The enzymes in saliva helps release the healing powers of the leaf and allows it to draw out any toxins or venom. It can be kept there for several hours, and replace if it dries out. To hold in place, a gauze or a large bandage can be used. (However, it needs to breathe so it can draw out as it dries)
You can also put a little raw honey on the area. Raw honey has antibacterial properties and can also reduce inflammation.
Inflammation
The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace. Exodus 14:14
Inflammation is a vital function that helps the body protect itself and fight illness, injury, or infection. A problem arises when things get out of balance, such as having low levels of nutrients that counter inflammation. Chronic inflammation can lead to issues like cardiovascular disease or cancer, so it is important to get this under control. People can assist their self-healing bodies by reducing stress, ensuring a healthful environment, and making diet changes. People can start by eliminating foods that tend to heighten a inflammatory response in some people and opting for more anti-inflammatory foods. Below are some examples.
Avoid: pasteurized dairy, oils like corn or canola oil, incorrectly processed food, refined carbohydrates, corn, tomatoes, peppers, egg plant, white potatoes, paprika, cayenne, peppers, and other night shades.
Eat: Animal liver, heart, bone marrow, and brain, fish, sweet potatoes, green beans, mushrooms, okra, zucchini, cactus, carrots, beets, celery, turnips, apples, grapefruit, parsnips, ginger, garlic, hemp seeds, walnuts, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, maybe berries.
If that fails, a meat-based diet is sometimes recommended, which allows the body to rest and helps you figure out things. Once balance is attained by adding the right nutrients to heal, one may start including sprouted grains or sprouted legumes into the diet. In truth, certain foods fit better with some individuals as diets should be based on our constitutions. What you eat should also be based on what grows local to you as the body attempts to sync with the energy in your region and the seasons. Check out our auto-immune disorder tips as well.
Autoimmune Disorders
Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things. Genesis 9:3
One tip for conquering autoimmune disorders is diet changes. Yin and yang are complementary forces in Creation that are interconnected. Though nothing is completely one or the other, below is a more yin feminine Christ’s Bride diet to promote healing and a more yang masculine Christ, our Lamb, diet. The yin option is ideal for yang (warmer) people, yang for yin (cooler) people. Each will need to be further customized to a person’s makeup.
Yin diet dominantly means plant-based, earth grown, or strictly vegan (if desired), though yin plants can be categorized as more yin or yang just like animal products. Sadly, some people with autoimmune disorders are sensitive to certain plant anti-nutrients, sometimes even when humanly processed to decrease them, so they feel better omitting them temporarily. These are natural defenses (a condition of the fall of man Genesis 3:17-19) found in earth-grown food. We were cursed to eat and deal with natural plant toxins, but early humans tolerated them better as it seems meat was not in the diet before the flood. We evolved from post-flood humans who ate meat, bugs, etc; the amount of & what plants or even fungi you can tolerate depends on your gut health, constitution, & genetics. Sometimes, the autoimmune protocol diet is combined with this, but people should customize choices to their constitutions for best results. In God’s nature, we see a more seasonal diet could yield better results for a heavy plant diet. Typical foods could be fermented and cooked veggies, seasonal fruit, possibly limited sprouted seeds, and maybe coconut or hemp seed milk. Herbs to consider are ginger, willow bark, ashwaganda or green tea. No junk food. One can try 70% to 99% plant unless they want to go strict vegan for personal reasons.
Yang diet dominantly means animal-based or strict carnivore (if necessary). It’s a purer form of nutrients. In the Bible, we know John the Baptist had a yin animal-based diet (Matthew 3:4). He was preparing the way for our Pure Lamb. This option may offer a higher chance of success for various reasons. For one, when it comes to meat, anti-nutrients are taken care of by the animal, which is a beautiful reflection of Christ. Like us, animals are under the curse, but one day soon we won’t eat them anymore (Romans 8:21,22)(Rev. 2:7). They’re nature’s best & most efficient processors. With animals, nutrients are more bioavailable & easier to match. For example, two people could have different heart issues and consume animal heart to strengthen their organs–unlike herbs that are picker. And, an animal-based diet allows the body to rest while you consume the right nutrients to heal. Christ is our rest (Matthew 12:8). Some eat nose-to-tail for optimum nutrition and at least 80% fat. The fat-protein ratio should be personalized. I would include naturally fermented meat, beef spleen, thymus, kidney, tracheal cartilage, gallbladder, and bone marrow for autoimmune & gut health. Grass-fed grass-finished ruminant animals and yin animal, such as edible bugs (including larvae), bee products, certain fish, chicken, duck, or quail, and some may be able to tolerate A2 raw dairy and animal yolks as well. (High cholesterol is not something to fear.) One can stick to 70% to 99% animal unless they need to go full animal-based for health reasons.
It’s highly recommended to work with a healer who can monitor your health and customize things to your needs. For example, they may increase certain nutrients, such as vitamin D3, vitamin K2 (mk4 for gut), vitamin A, magnesium, and work on your microbiome health.
Note: It is wise to get your food from trusted sources if you don’t grow or raise your own. Be sure no man-made carcinogenic pesticides are used that harm the earth and us. Animals should only eat what’s natural to them. Opt for local family farms that practice regenerative agriculture, and buy the whole (or half) slaughtered cow, lamb, goat, etc to save money. Of course, foraging and hunting can be healthier as it is wild, but in this modern age, you have to consider environmental toxins and other issues.
Life Guidance
And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not. Isaiah 58:11
Sometimes, we’re not sure what path to take in life. With God’s wisdom and knowledge, we can make wise decisions. Those who seek wisdom can ask for it, though we must ask in faith. He directs our steps and path. It is also okay to get Christian mentors’ or spiritually-wise people’s perspective through counsel. You can talk to a friend or family member as well. It is best to get help from fellow believers if you’re a Christian, as they should not encourage you to follow your heart since it can be deceptive (Jeremiah 17:9).
James 1:5, proverbs 3:13-18, proverbs 12:15, 1 Chronicles 10:13, Isaiah 58:11, John 16:13, psalm 32:8, proverbs 3:5-6, psalm 25:4-5
Wound care
But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by his strips we are healed. Isaiah 53:5
Seek medical attention if your wound is deep, you can’t stop the bleeding, you cannot close it, cannot get dirt out or it is not healing properly.
Here is an ancient method of wound care:
First, irrigate the wound with unpasteurized vinegar. Then, pour raw honey into the puncture. If you can find a clean spider web around, ball it up, and use that to keep honey inside the wound; it will harden and dry. The web can help stop bleeding and assist with healing with its clotting abilities, antifungal & antibacterial properties. Now, you can wrap the wound with a linen cloth, which is antibacterial and high vibrational. Or use a leaf like lamb’s ear.
You can also sprinkle healing clay in a wound to stop bleeding as well.
Other aids: bovine tracheal cartilage, bee propolis, yarrow, shepherd’s purse, aloe vera
Cancer
Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10 KJV
It’s always wise to consider Spiritual health. Though it is not often spoken of and we tend to fall to the default reason, imbalances could happen for reasons we should not shy away from. (1 Corinthians 11:27-32) (James 5:14-16) So be sure to pray to God about this, and ask him to reveal things to you about your specific situation. Of course, this could just be a natural issue because of Adam and connected to the world we live in.
The Holy Spirit can balance the body miraculously if it’s His Will–no physical treatment needed. He can also use his creation. But healing is not guaranteed for any ailment as it depends on God’s mercy and plan. Regardless of the reason, this is meant strengthen and to give God the glory in all circumstances.
Complementary Natural Therapies
People have used the following therapies before or along with planned treatments. They have also been used as a last resort when conventional treatment has failed. People usually try a few therapies together and mix and match till they get a response. A constitutional diet is often recommended. One should talk to a doctor before trying remedies as this professional can monitor reactions and offer medical knowledge.
Some interesting studies to explore:
+ Here is some information about bovine tracheal cartilage. Dr. Prudden successfully treated various types of terminal cancer with this therapy and used it on approximately 110 patients. He used injections initially but saw similar results with capsules like these. He prescribed 9000 mg a day for chronic issues, which is 12 capsules a day. I would stay away from high-oxalate plant foods because cartilage promotes the production of some naturally occurring oxalates.
+ Here are studies about alkylglycerols that can be found in bone marrow fat, liver, spleen, plasma, milk, and high concentrations in shark liver oil. It has been used for various types of cancer. Has been administered by injections, as a food like eating bone marrow, or with shark liver or bone marrow capsules. People can find suggested protocols in the study. Don’t take excessive amounts of shark liver oil as it can damage the liver when taken in high dosages.
+ These particular studies involve isolating a protein found in milk and injecting directly into cancer cells and mentions it needs to be done that way. But, Dr. J.R. Crewe (and colleagues) treated cancer patients with the raw milk diet, so drinking it in that concentrated form might promote healing. The milk must have enough fat. Sheep, goat, and Jersey cow milk are decent options. This can include fresh milk, yogurt, kefir, butter, clarified butter, etc. Taking a few supplements along with this would be okay, such as magnesium. Split up one gallon a day.
+ Studies involving urine therapy that show it could help. It seems God created the body to produce customized medicine for the issues one goes through. It is not usually recommended for people who take medications. This is done with mid-stream morning pee that has the least toxins. Though quite controversial, Dr. Burzynski has used antineoplastons (found naturally in blood and urine) to treat various types of cancer.
+ 3 case studies for Vitamin C therapy (though there are many more). This method is done with an IV drip because studies show it offers the best results. Just be sure to monitor and take things to protect the kidneys because of the high oxalate load.
A few studies about Carnivora, an extract from the Venus flytrap that is an animal-eating plant. A study was done by Dr. Keller where 210 terminal cancer patients were treated with an oral liquid form. 44% no improvement. 40% no further tumor progression. 16% tumor remission. Reproductive imbalances show up in many ways. People have given them names to try to classify them. Some of the ailments Christians deal with today are due to blindly following the world. Though the world can still invade people who don’t follow its patterns. Here are tips for healthy reproductive function.
+ Eat a diet that matches you and include plenty of high-quality fat. If you eat meat, include organs, especially liver and kidney. Of course, avoid incorrectly processed foods, like refined carbohydrates, etc.
+ Reduce stress. Simplify your life. Don’t get fooled by the world regarding true contentment. Give your burdens to the Father. You don’t need to worry about anything. This helps Christ followers focus on their first love, which can reduce stress significantly.
+ Connect with nature. Go outside as much as possible with appropriate protection (such as helpful oils, linen garments, and a wide-brim hat.) The most important place light needs to hit is your eyes, so look around and don’t wear glasses or contacts (Matthew 6:22). Do barefoot therapy at least 30 minutes a day. Sleep with the window open or go out at night sometimes to moon gaze. Drink moon water. Also, consider cold therapy.
+ Avoid things that can negatively alter health and cycles, like harmful artificial light (red light is ok), unnatural/excessive radiation, man-made chemicals, sitting in a chair for hours (try squatting sometimes or just stand up). Do long hikes or skate frequently, etc.
+ Fasting is the simplest way to correct issues. No matter what you eat or how you live you will be exposed to harmful things. This practice helps your body repair damage and boost your mitochondrial health. We were commanded to fast, which helps the whole being (Matthew 6:16).
